新型固相萃取填料的制备及对钡锌金属离子的吸附性能研究

摘要 以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯醛和氨基硫脲为原料制备了一种新型固相萃取填料——聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯醛缩氨基硫脲.采用红外光谱法、扫描电子显微镜对其结构及粒子形貌进行了分析.以聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯醛缩氨基硫脲作为固相萃取小柱考察对Ba2+和Zn2+的吸附性能.该固相萃取填料对Ba2+和Zn2+的吸附容量分别为10.14 mg/g和9.32 mg/g. A new type of solid phase extraction packing was synthesized by styrene,methylacrolein and amino thiourea as raw materials——polystyrene methacrolein thiosemicarbazone.The structure and particle morphology were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The adsorption properties of Ba2+and Zn2+were investigated using polystyrene-methacrolein thiosemicarbazone as a solid phase extraction column.The adsorption capacity of solid phase extraction packing for Ba2+ and Zn2+ are 10.14 mg /g,9.32 mg/g.
