中文版炎症性肠病病人医疗卫生保健满意度问卷的信效度研究

Study on reliability and validity of CACHE(Chinese version)for inflammatory bowel disease patients

[目的]分析中文版炎症性肠病病人医疗卫生保健满意度问卷（CACHE）的信度及效度。[方法]采用翻译并修订的中文版CACHE,对171例炎症性肠病病人进行调查,分析其信度及效度。[结果]中文版CACHE问卷共31个条目,总问卷的Cronbach’sα系数为0.906,重测信度为0.932。经验证性因子分析,模型拟合系数为0.39-0.79,各因子与问卷总分之间的相关系数为0.610-0.857。[结论]中文版CACHE问卷具有较好的信度、效度,能够作为评价我国炎症性肠病病人医疗卫生保健满意度的特异性评价工具。

Objective：To analyze the reliability and validity of CACHE（Chinese version）for patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods：A total of 171 cases of patients with IBD were investigated by using translated and revised CACHE（Chinese version）and analyze the reliability and validity of CACHE.Results：There were a total of 31 entries in CACHE（Chinese version）,the total Cronbach＇sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.906,and the retest reliability was 0.932.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitting coefficient was 0.39-0.79,and the correlation coefficient between all factors and the total score was 0.610-0.857.Conclusion：CACHE（Chinese version）had good reliability and validity,and may be used as specific evaluation tool of satisfaction of IBD patients to health care in China.
