护士死亡教育需求的现状调查与分析

Survey and analysis of status quo of nurses' demands for death education

[目的]了解护士死亡教育需求的现状,为临床开展死亡教育提供依据。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、死亡教育相关问题调查表和死亡教育需求量表对142名护士进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。[结果]89.4%的护士认为有必要开展死亡教育,护士死亡教育需求量表总均分为3.99分±0.80分,护士的婚姻状况、工作年限、职称、职务及聘用方式均与死亡教育需求呈正相关。[结论]应提高护士对死亡教育的认知水平,发展适合临床现状的死亡教育模式。

Objective：To know about the status quo of nurses＇ demands for death education,so as to provide the basis for the clinical death education.Methods：A total of 142 nurses received the questionnaire survey by the general to information questionnaire,related questionnaire of death education and death education demand scale,and analyzed the results.Results：89.4% of nurses thought that it was necessary to carry out the death education,the total score of nurses＇ demands for death education scale was 3.99±0.80,the nurses＇ marital status,working age,title,position and employment were all positively related to their demand for death education.Conclusion：The nurses＇ cognition level of death education should be improved,and develop the death education mode which is suitable for the clinical situation.
