摘要
通过对2014年北方稻区国家区试参试品种的品质进行检测与分析,结果表明,该年度北方区试稻米的加工品质和蒸煮食用品质较好,整精米率较高,直链淀粉含量较适中;外观品质欠佳,垩白粒率和垩白度较高。培育低垩白粒率和低垩白度品种应是今后育种工作的重点。
In this paper, quality of the rice varieties for northern China regional trial in 2014 was tested and analyzed.The results revealed that the rice quality was not satisfactory, especially the appearance quality. Though the milling quality and the cooking and eating quality were relatively good with a high head yield and a suitable amylase content,respectively, the chalky rice rate and the chalkiness that appearance quality depends on were quite high. As a result,breeding new varieties with lower level of chalkiness should be emphasized in future work.
