3D-OCT研究老年女性黄斑区视网膜及环视乳头神经纤维层厚度的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用三维光学相干断层扫描仪(3D-OCT)测量正常老年女性和青年女性黄斑区视网膜厚度和环视乳头神经纤维层(CP-RNFL)的厚度,并进行对比研究,了解年龄对黄斑区视网膜厚度和RNFL厚度的影响。方法临床对照研究,Topcon 3D-OCT对正常老年女性和青年女性双眼黄斑区及CP-RNFL厚度进行检测,将测定的结果进行比较。结果老年女性44名44只眼,年龄55~68岁,平均(60.22±3.66)岁;青年女性42例,42只眼,年龄18~23岁,平均(20.44±1.39)岁。老年女性黄斑区视网膜平均厚度是(273±14.86)μm,黄斑区视网膜体积为(7.72±0.42)mm^3,CP-RNFL平均厚度是(104±10.02)μm;青年女性黄斑区视网膜平均厚度是(280±12.03)μm,黄斑区视网膜体积为(7.93±0.34)mm^3,CP-RNFL平均厚度是(109±8.93)μm;差异均有统计学意义(t=-2.51、-2.52、-2.40,P=0.01、0.01、0.02)。老年女性黄斑中心凹厚度为(197±33.33)μm,黄斑中心区视网膜厚度(221±17.31)μm;青年女性黄斑中心凹厚度为(199±23.18)μm,黄斑中心区视网膜厚度(225±24.99)μm,差异无统计学意义(t=-0.34、-0.84,P=0.74、0.4)。结论老年女性比青年女性的黄斑区视网膜厚度和CP-RNFL厚度都变薄,临床上判断OCT结果时要注意。
