斑点追踪技术评价左心房及左心耳功能的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 传统的超声心动图技术评估左心房及左心耳功能受多种因素影响,经食管超声心动图是目前检测血栓及血栓前状态首选方法,但仍受评估范围受限等影响。组织多普勒技术及在此基础上形成的应变率成像技术均可评价左房功能,但受角度依赖性等缺点限制。斑点追踪(speckle tracking imaging,STI)技术通过测量心肌应变、应变率等以定性、定量的评价心功能,可弥补应变率显像技术的不足,提高评价组织运动的准确性,本文就STI技术评价左心房及左心耳功能的研究进展作一综述。
