摘要
通过论述医院加强精细化管理,不断提高医疗、技术服务水平,提升服务患者能力的意义,分析当今医疗环境,医患关系的状况,成立患者服务部,注重细节在医疗工作中的作用,提升服务患者的能力。
Current medical environment and physician-patient relationship were analyzed, patients service department was established through stating the meaning of enhancing detailed management, improving medical and technical service levels and service ability, therefore to emphasize the roles of the details played in medical work and improve the service.
