藏药配合中医火龙疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effects of Tibetan Medicine Combined with Fire Dragon Therapy in Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察藏药配合中医火龙疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组患者给予藏药与火龙疗法治疗,对照组患者仅给予火龙疗法治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组治愈25例,好转3例,总有效率93.3%,对照组治愈16例,好转5例,总有效率70.0%,2组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:藏药配合中医火龙疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于单纯火龙疗法。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Tibetan medicine combined with TCM fire dragon therapy in treating lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases each group, the patients of the treatment group were treated with Tibetan medicine and fire dragon therapy, and the control group fire dragon therapy, to compare clinical effects between both groups. Results： There were 25 cases cured, three cases effective, total effective rate 93.3% in the treatment group, while there were 16 cases cured, five cases effective and total effective rate 70.0%, the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tibetan medicine and TCM fire dragon therapy are effective in treating LDH compared with fore dragon theoapy only.
