Impact of Family Factors on the Anxiety of Clinical Nurses

目的:探讨家庭因素对临床护士焦虑状况的影响。方法:应用焦虑自评量表对兰州市某三甲医院514名临床护士进行横断面问卷调查;采用描述性分析法及Pearson相关性分析法进行分析。结果:临床护士焦虑得分情况与婚姻状况、是否与子女同住、是否与父母同住3个因素呈正相关。结论:临床护士的焦虑状况与护士的家庭因素有关,护理管理者可从临床护士尤其是高年资护士的家庭因素方面给予关心,以解决临床护士尤其是高年资护士的家庭忧虑,使其能全身心投入工作,保持护理队伍的稳定性。

Objective： To explore the influence of family factor on the anxiety of clinical nurses. Methods： A total of 514 clinical nurses from a tertiary hospital were investigated in a cross-sectional study by self rating anxiety scale （SAS）; descriptive analytical method and Pearson correlation analysis were adopted. Results： Anxiety score of clinical nurses were positively related to three factors such as marriage, whether to live with the children or parents. Conclusion： Anxiety state of clinical nurses are related to family factors of the nurses, nursing manager could pay close attention to family factors of clinical nurses, especially senior nurses so that they could plunge themselves into the work and nursing team could be kept stable.
