中医三联疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效观察

Clinical Observation on TCM Triple Therapy in Treating Diarrhea-pattern Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:观察中医三联综合疗法,即中药汤剂、中药灌肠及针刺疗法相结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法:将腹泻型肠易激综合征患者60例随机分为2组各30例。治疗组予中药汤剂、中药灌肠及针刺疗法治疗。对照组单纯予双八面体蒙脱石散、复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗。4周后对2组疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组显效13例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率93.3%;对照组显效9例,有效12例,无效9例,总有效率70%,2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中医三联疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征能改善IBS临床症状,是治疗IBS的有效方法。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of TCM triple comprehensive therapies including herbal decoction, enema and acupuncture therapy in treating diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Methods： Sixty patients were randomized into two groups, 30 cases each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated by herbal decoction, enema and acupuncture therapy, the ones of the control group were given with Montmorillonite powder and compound Lactobacillus acidophilus. Clinical effects of both groups were observed in four weeks. Re- sults： There were 13 cases markedly effective, 15 cases effective, two cases ineffective and total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%; there were nine cases markedly effective, 12 cases effective, nine cases ineffective, total effective rate of the control group was 70%, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups in the comparisons of clinical effects （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects. Conclusion： TCM triple therapy in treating diarrhea-type IBS could improve clinical symptoms oflBS, which is an effective therapy in treating IBS.
