仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xian Ling Gu Bao Capsules in Treating Senile Patients with Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures

目的:观察仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗老年骨质疏松胸腰压缩性骨折的疗效。方法:将老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者36例随机分2组各18例。治疗组口服仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,对照组注射鲑降钙素同时口服碳酸钙D3片治疗。分别检测治疗前后2组患者骨碱性磷酸酶和骨钙素值变化情况。结果:治疗组显效14例,有效3例,无效1例;对照组显效6例,有效10例,无效2例,2组显效率比较差异显著(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后BALP和BGP值均改善,且经统计学处理差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎段压缩性骨折疗效优于鲑降钙素加碳酸钙D3。

Objective： To investigate curative effects of XianLing GuBao capsules in treating senile patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods： Thirty-six patients were randomized into two groups, 18 cases each group. The treatment group took XianLing GuBao capsules, the control group were treated by injecting salcatonin injection and oral administration of calcium carbonate D3 tablets. To detect the changes of bone alkaline phosphatase （BALP） and osteocalcin values in both groups before and after medication respectively. Re- suits： There were 14 cases markedly effective, three cases effective, one case ineffective in the treatment group; there were six cases markedly effective, ten cases effective and two cases ineffective, the difference was significant in the comparison of markedly effective rate （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects. BALP and BGP of both groups improved after treating, and the difference was significant after dealt with statistics （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Curative effects ofXianLing GuBao capsules are superior to these of salcatonin injection and calcium carbonate D3 tablets in treating senile patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture.
