丹栀逍遥散合桃红四物汤加减治疗黄褐斑临床观察

Clinical Observation on Dan Zhi Xiao Yao San Combined with Modified Tao Hong Si Wu Tang in Treating Chloasma

目的:观察丹栀逍遥散合桃红四物汤加减治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:将黄褐斑患者124例按就诊先后次序分为2组,治疗组64例给予常规治疗+丹栀逍遥散合桃红四物汤加减口服治疗;对照组60例给予常规口服维生素E胶丸和维生素C片治疗。2组疗程均为2个月,之后通过计算每例平均总疗效积分,观察总有效率以及伴随症状(月经不调、失眠、乏力)的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.63%,每例平均疗效积分为4.17分;对照组总有效率为80.00%,每例平均疗效积分为1.85分,2组总有效率、每例平均疗效积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:常规治疗与丹栀逍遥散合桃红四物汤加减联合治疗黄褐斑疗效优于单纯常规口服维生素E胶丸和维生素C片治疗。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of DanZhi XiaoYoo San combined with modified TaoHong SiWu Tang in treating chloasma. Methods： All 124 patients were divided into two groups according to the visiting order, 64 cases of the treatment group were treated by routine treatment, oral administration ofDanZhi XiaoYao San combined with modified TaoHong SiWu Tang;, 60 cases of the control group took vitamin E pills and vitamin C tablets. Both groups were treated for two months, and then to calculate mean total score of each case, to observe total effective rate and the improvements of the accompanying symptoms （irregular menstruation, insomnia, lassitude）. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%, mean total score of each case was 4.17; while these indexes of the control group were 80.00% and 1.85, the comparison had statistical meaning in total effective rate and mean total score of each case （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects. Conclusion： DanZhi XiaoYao San combined with modified TaoHong SiWu Tang are superior to vitamin E pills and vitamin C tablets in treating chloasma.
