摘要 目的:探讨适合中医护理培训基地培训模式的可行性和有效性。方法:通过基础调研、构建互助联盟、建立多元化培训内容、规范培训行为等方法,构建以分阶段渐进主体多元模式为一体的中医护理培训模式。结果:培训学员及互助单位对本模式的应用效果满意度均为100%。愿意参与互助学习、联盟者占所调查医院或社区的100%;与张掖、武威、定西、通渭等多家基层医院护理人员建立了互助关系,引进了火龙、四黄膏外敷等新技术作为基地的规范技术,进一步推广和投入相关科学研究,出版规范教材。结论:以基地为主体的双向互助模式通过中医护理技术的推广,使基地的培训理念、教学行为发生了显著变化,培训教学质量得到明显提升。同时也是全面提升和发展中医护理的突破口,适合综合性中医院的发展。 Objective: To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of training mode suitable for TCM nursing training base. Methods: TCM nursing training mode of grading progressive subject diversified mode integration was constructed by the methods of basic investigation, building league of mutual aid (LMA), establishing multiple training contents, regulating training behavior and others. Results: Satisfaction degrees of trainees and LMA could obtain 100% to the application of the mode. Trainees who are willing to join mutual learning and league occupied 100% of all the hospitals and community investigated; they cooperated with nursing staffs from basic hospitals such as Zhangye, Wuwei, Dingxi, Tong'wei and others, new skills such as fire-dragon therapy, external use of SiHuang ointment, as standard technology, were spread and threw into scientific researches. Standard teaching materials appeared. Conclusion: Spread of TCM nursing technology by base-subjected bidirectional cooperation mode could make training concept and teaching behaviors of the base change greatly, promote training teaching quality raise obviously. Simultaneously, it could be taken as a breakthrough of completely improving and developing TCM nursing, suitable for development of comprehensive TCM hospital.
