摘要
以河北省465名农村家长为例,探究其态度、营养认知及购买行为对儿童零食消费的影响。家长虽重视儿童零食安全问题,购买零食不理性的占比却高为84.8%。运用二元Logistic回归模型,发现"关注度"、"安全、营养认知"及"家庭年收入"会显著影响儿童是否偏好不健康零食,故需对家长进行宣传教育,整顿儿童零食市场环境,提高市场准入门槛并规范儿童零食广告。
This paper took 465 rural parents in Hebei province as an example to explore the effects of parents' attitudes,nutrition cognition and purchasing behaviors on children's snacks consumption. Results showed that parents paid much attention to the safety of children's snacks,however,up to 84. 8% of parents couldn't rationally purchase snacks. Using the binary Logistic regression model,this study found that rural parents' concern,safety and nutrition cognition,and family income could dramatically affect children's snack preferences. In order to guide children to consume snacks rationally,parents needed targeted publicity and education,at the same time,the government had to improve the market climate as well as regulate the children's snacks advertising.
