我国学生营养立法的必要性分析

Necessity of Student Nutrition Legislation in China

学生营养不仅关系儿童青少年的健康成长,还关系经济社会的长远发展、民族素质的提高、中国梦的实现。我国学生营养健康状况有了很多的改善,但仍然存在在不少问题,通过学生营养立法,提高全社会对学生营养健康的重视,建立完善的工作体系和工作流程,使得我国学生营养工作有法可依、有章可循,成为势在必行的工作。本文对我国学生营养立法的必要性进行深入分析,旨在更好地推进我国学生营养立法工作的顺利进行。

Nutritional condition of students is not only important for healthy growth of children and adolescents,but the long-term economic and social development. The nutrition and health condition of Chinese students presence various problems and work of student nutrition exists lots of difficulties. By improving focus of society on student health and nutrition and establish great work systems and processes to make the work of student nutrition have a legal basis is imperative. This article analyzed the necessity of student nutrition legislation and pushed the student nutrition legislation of China.
