全日制教育硕士专业学位研究生的培养现状、问题及其对策——以浙江省H师范大学为例 被引量:10

摘要 通过对浙江省H师范大学全日制教育硕士近五年的相关数据分析和现状调查,认为影响全日制教育硕士培养质量的因素如下:生源质量参差不齐、培养目标与培养机制一定程度的矛盾、导师队伍建设和管理机制不完善、课程结构针对性不强和体系化程度不高、实践保障环节缺乏顶层设计。提出采取弹性学制、适度控制招生规模、加强专业化导师队伍管理、优化课程结构、构建教学实践的顶层设计等对策。 Based on the data analysis and investigation of the full- time masters of education in H Normal University,Zhejiang Province over the past 5 years,it is found in the study that there are several factors influencing the training quality,including uneven quality of the candidates with weak academic foundation,the paradox between training objective and mechanism,the lack of guidance and administration of the supervisors,imbalanced curriculum with unclear goal and weak systematization,lack of top- level design on professional practice,etc. Accordingly,suggestions are strongly put forward in the paper,namely: flexible length exploration,moderate control of the enrollment scale,professional supervisor cultivation,curriculum development and optimization,establishment of top- level design on professional practice,etc.
