文章研究了就业压力环境下,大学生出现的"功利性"阅读倾向、"快餐式"阅读方式及"蜻蜓点水式"阅读效果等阅读行为变化,并从阅读观念、阅读需求和阅读动机三个方面分析了变化的原因,强调大学生应牢牢抓住"学校—图书馆—个人"三位一体的循环模式,更好地利用图书资源,培养核心竞争力,以期缓解自身就业压力问题。

The paper studies the reading behavior change of college students： ＂utilitarian＂reading tendency,＂fast- food type＂reading mode,＂dragonfly- water type＂reading effect,etc.,analyzes the causes of the change from three aspects： reading concepts,reading demand and reading motivation,and emphasizes that college students should hold the trinity mode of circulation of ＂school- library- personal＂,better use library resources and cultivate the core competitiveness,so as to alleviate their own employment pressure.
