晒烟种质资源形态学标记及SSR标记的多样性分析 被引量:4

摘要 以吉林省常见的23份晒烟和2份烤烟为试材,利用形态学标记和SSR分子标记两种方法进行遗传距离的研究,并将所得的遗传距离进行相关性分析。结果表明,晒烟材料的形态学欧氏距离在1.11~8.29之间,欧氏距离较小,说明各晒烟品种间遗传基础狭窄。通过SSR标记法,得到各晒烟材料间的遗传背景较相似,遗传相似系数为0.51~0.98,相似性较大,说明亲缘关系较近。两种方法的聚类分析结果基本一致。利用SPSS软件对形态学欧氏距离与SSR遗传相似系数进行了相关性分析,结果呈极显著负相关,相关系数为r=-0.383。由此可见,分子标记能反映烟草品种间的遗传变异,通过这种简便快捷的标记方法,能够提高烟草育种效率。 Taking 23 common sun-cured tobaccos and 2 flue-cured tobaccosof Jilin province as test materials, combining with morphological markers and SSR markers, the correlation of genetic distance was analyzed. Results showed that, morphology euclidean distance of sun-cured material was 1.11~8.29, which showed genetic base among sun-cured tobacco varieties was relatively narrow. Genetic backgrounds between each sun-cured materials were similar through SSR markers, the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.51~0.98. Cluster analysis results of the two methods were basically the same. The correlation analysis between morphology euclidean distance and SSR genetic similarity coefficient was conducted by SPSS software, a significant negative correlation was obtained with correlation coefficient r=-0.383. It was concluded that molecular markers could reflect the genetic variation among breeds, andimprove the breeding efficiency.
