不同生长期利川黄连的成分分析

Component Analyses of Coptis chinensis of Lichuan in Different Growth Period

通过对不同生长期利川黄连(Coptis chinensis)的主要成分进行测定与分析,为实现黄连的优质高产提供相关依据。结果表明,不同的生长年限和一年内不同月份的利川黄连主要成分不断发生变化,但是各种成分的变化存在一定的规律。根据利川黄连不同生长期的生长规律,制定相应的管理措施,可达到黄连优质高产的目的。

In order to provide some basis for the high quality and yield of Coptis chinensis cultivated in Lichuan city,the main ingredients of C. chinensis in the different growth period were measured and analyzed. The results showed that,the main ingredients in different organs of C. chinensis in different growth period changed constantly along with the growth years and seasons,and the overall trends were consistent. According to the growth characteristics of C. chinensis in different growth period,it＇s possible to achieve the high quality and yield of C. chinensis based on the suitable planting and management measures.
