摘要
以某农机卧式单缸柴油机气缸曲轴系统模型为例进行运动分析,在耐久性模块下完成仿真后,采用后处理模块进行数据的后处理。从应力云图中找到气缸系统的最大应力,从应变云图中找到系统的最大应变。结合FFT曲线图及3DFFT曲线图进行分析,发现样机模型中曲轴的谱密度幅值的峰值分别发生在55、128和200 Hz处,连杆谱密度幅值的最大峰值发生在175 Hz处,较小峰值发生在50、90和125 Hz处。研究结果可为模型系统性能的研究提供一定的依据。
A model of cylinder crankshaft system in single cylinder diesel was selected as an example to study motion analysis,after completing the simulation operation in Adams / Durability module,the data were processed in Adams / Postprocessor module. The maximum stress of the cylinder system was found from the stress nephogram, and the maximum strain for the system found from the strain contours. Combining with the FFT graph and 3DFFT graph, it was found that the peak value of spectral density for the crankshaft occurred at 55,128 and 200 Hz in the dynamic model, the maximum peak of amplitude spectrum density for connecting rod occurred at 175 Hz,the smaller peak value occurred at 50,90 and 125 Hz,which could provide some references for the study of model system performance.
