基于ELES模型的新疆农村贫困线和贫困结构特征的测度

ELES-Model-Based Measure for the Poverty Line and Poverty Structure Characteristics in Xinjiang Rural Areas

基于2006-2011年数据,采用扩展线性支出(ELES)模型对新疆农村贫困线进行测度,分析新疆农村贫困现行线与修正线的差异。依据修正后的新疆农村贫困线,引入Lorenz曲线测算新疆农村贫困结构指数(FGT)。结果显示,2012年新疆农村贫困发生率(H)指数为21.31%;贫困深度(PG)指数为7.82%,贫困强度(SPG)指数为4.31%。

Based on 2006-2011 data, the poverty line in Xinjiang rural area was measured by using ELES model to analyze differences between the present poverty line and revised line in Xinjiang rural areas. According to the revised Xinjiang rural poverty line, the poverty structure index FGT was measured by using Lorenz curve. The results showed that in 2012, the incidence rate index of Xinjiang rural poverty H was 21.31%, the poverty depth index PG was 7.82%, and the poverty intensity index SPG was 4.31%.
