摘要
针对转炉氧枪的溜枪现象,从西门子Masterdrives变频器的抱闸控制原理出发,结合氧枪的实际运行工况,深入分析了氧枪在上升、下降过程中不同档位运行时的特性,在生产中通过Drive Monitor软件录制相关参数波形来加以验证。并且提出了改进方法,通过实际应用论证了所提方法的正确性和可行性。
Aiming at solving the problem of BOF oxygen lance slide,an improved method taking use of theprinciple of Siemens masterdrives brake- control was proposed,which was combined with the actual operatingconditions of oxygen lance. Recording the relevant parameters and waveforms through the drive monitor software,characteristic of oxygen lance rising and falling by different gears was analyzed. An improved method was presented,and the practical application demonstrates correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
