大陆高职院校赴台交流生项目管理研究与实践

Research and practice of Taiwan exchange students project in higher vocational colleges in the mainland

赴台交流生项目的实施对大陆高职院校和学生国际化发展都具有重要意义,从研究高职院校赴台交流生项目源起和管理现状入手,分析当前存在的管理未形成合力等三大问题,提出成立专门服务队伍、建立选拔和奖惩机制等完善赴台交流生管理对策。

The implementation of Taiwan exchange program is quite significant to the international development of higher vocational colleges and students. The present paper studies the origin and management status of Taiwan Exchange Students Project of the Mainland Higher Vocational Colleges, then analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward countermeasures to perfect the management of Taiwan exchange students, for instance, setting up a special service team, establishing rewards and punishments and selection mechanism and so forth.
