摘要
思政课教师对于提高思想政治理论课教学实效起着关键作用。目前高校思想政治理论课教师存在专业发展缺位问题,而造成思想政治理论课教师的专业发展缺位的原因是多方面的,主要包括缺乏马克思主义理论素养、缺乏教学论基础知识、缺乏专业认同感、缺乏探索精神与开放的心态、缺乏生活感悟、缺乏自身修养。因此提高认识、加强培训、鼓励探索、强化践行、加强教学科研合作是解决专业缺位的有效措施与可行办法。
Teachers of Ideological and political theories courses play an important role in improving the teaching effect. Currently, these teachers have encountered problems with academic development, which may result from the following various causes such as: lack of Maxim theoretic acquisition, of pedagogic theory, of academic faith, exploration spirit and open mind, of life perception and self-cultivation. Therefore, a feasible and effective solution for addressing the deficiency of academic development in college ideology and political teachers would be establishing a teaching team of development cooperation and meanwhile improving the teachers' recognition, increasing training, encouraging exploration, strengthening teaching practice.
