摘要
吸引更多的社会力量投入到高职教育办学活动中来,是当前我国高职教育发展的新方向,也是国家职业教育政策的基本导向。在这种背景下,构建政校行企协同办学模式成为高职教育面临的新的发展课题。为科学有效构建政校行企协同办学模式,首先必须明晰其培育机理,可从心理接受过程、形成过程、办学实践、作用方式、动力因素等方面,了解和掌握政校行企协同办学模式的培育机理。在此基础上,围绕结构、职权、流程、绩效评估和激励机制五个方面设计政校行企协同办学模式的实施路径。
To attract more social forces into vocational schooling is the basic orientation of the new direction of the current development of vocational education, which is also in accord with the national vocational education policy. In this context, the construction of collaborative schooling mode of government, schools, industries and enterprises has turned into a new topic in vocational education. To establish this collaborative mode scientifically and effectively, we need to have a good knowing and mastery of the cultivation mechanism of the mode respecting mental process, the formation process, aspects of school practice, roles and methods, motivation factors, etc.. Based on this, we can scheme out an implementation path of the collaborative schooling mode in terms of the structure, functions and duties, processes, performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms.
