用知行合一的理念培养高素质应用人才——以深信财经学子全国技能大赛荣获佳绩为例 被引量:2

摘要 高职院校和普通本科分属不同类别的教育,高职院校的人才培育目标是注重于适应万众创新大环境需要,直接定位于为社会和企业的大众创业服务。实践证明,高职院校只有树立"知行合一"的教育理念,才能把培养高素质应用型人才这篇大文章做好。"知行合一"是中国古代哲学家为强调道德的意识自觉性和行为实践性相统一而提出的。传承这一教育理念,必须从教师层面、学生层面、师生关系层面分别实现学高为师与以身立教相结合;读有字书与读无字书相结合;自由平等与协同发展相结合。 The higher vocational institutions differ from the general universities in many ways. The goal of former attached its importance to cultivating broadly-accepted personnel to meet the needs of the whole society, which orients itself in serving the starting an undertaking for the society and enterprises. Practice has proved that the concept of unity of knowing and doing is of great significance to higher vocational education and with the guidance of this concept, can the educational objectives be achieved. The integration of knowing with doing was put forward by the ancient Chinese philosophers many years ago in order to emphasize both moral awareness and act behavior. To implement this concept, both teachers and students must follow some principles, such as to be a teacher to know more, to teach yourself before teaching others, to read both literal and non-literal books, to be free and equal in harmonious development.
