摘要
采用平面定点摄像解析法对6名女子举重国家队员进行运动学测试,揭示女子举重技术时序性规律。主要结论:1伸膝提铃、引膝提铃、最大发力、惯性上升、下降定铃五个阶段时间比为33.3%、13.0%、11.2%、19.6%、22.9%。2运动员总是希望铃杆中心越接近人体重心垂线越好,"挂钩"的弯曲程度越小越好。3伸膝提铃、引膝提铃、最大发力三个阶段杠铃垂直速度不断加大。
In this research, the kinematics tests was carried on for 6 women's weightlifting national team using plane fixed-point photograph analytic method, to reveal the women's weightlifting technique sequential rules. The main conclusions: 1 The five stage time ratio were 33.3%, 13%, 11.2%, 19.6% and 22.9%,which were extensor barbell, extend knee lift barbell, maximum force, inertial up, steady descent barbell;2 Athletes always hope the bell center is close to the body center of gravity vertical better, "hook" bending degree as small as possible. 3 And bell,knee lift fluid and its maximum force three stages barbell vertical speed is increasing.
