大学生的拖延行为及其与成就动机的关系研究

Research on Relation between Procrastination of University Student and Achievement Motivation

目的:探讨大学生的拖延行为及其与成就动机的关系;方法:采用《一般拖延行为量表》和《成就动机量表》进行调查,在福建省三所高校取样,共发放680份调查问卷,有效问卷602份;结论:1大学生的拖延行为水平中等。2性别在大学生拖延行为上没有显著差异,不同年级的大学生在拖延行为上存在显著差异。大学生的拖延行为与避免失败之间存在明显的正相关,避免失败是拖延行为的有效预测变量。

Purpose ： to probe into the relation between procrastination of university student and achievement motivation; Method： this paper uses General procrastination scale and Achievement motivation scale to investigate, in three universities in Fujian sampling, a total of 680 questionnaires, 602 valid questionnaires ;Conclusion： firstly, the Procrastination of university students has reached middle level, secondly, it＇ s found no notable difference between different genders while there is significant difference between different grades ,thirdly, the procrastination of university student shows an obvious positive correlation with avoiding failure, which means avoiding failure is the effective predictive variable of procrastination.
