大学生法制教育缺失及其模式重构探析

法制教育是公民教育活动内容之一,对大学生不良行为的矫正与引导具有重要作用。目前,我国高校法制教育开展的效果不甚理想,应重视大学生法制教育的相对独立性地位,从深入理论研究,强化课程内容设计,构建实践性师资队伍,应用新媒体和新载体,营造校园整体法治文化等多方面入手,使高校大学生法制教育落到实处,提升社会整体法治建设水平。

The legal education is one of the civic education activities, which plays an important role in the bad behavior correction and guidance of college students, but now the development and effects of the ongoing university legal education are not ideal. Here are needs to pay attention to the relatively independent status of university legal education, from the in-depth theoretical research, strengthened curriculum design, construction of practical resources, the use of new media and new carriers, creation of the campus with a overall legal culture and many other approaches to make the university legal education into practice and promote the overall legal construction level.
