龙血竭胶囊加逍遥丸治疗乳腺增生症临床观察

Clinical curative effect observation of mammary gland hyperplasia treated by dragon's blood capsule and the ease pill

目的:观察龙竭胶囊加逍遥丸治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。方法:选择270例门诊女性乳腺增生症患者,随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组各90例。A组:方法为口服逍遥丸,每次8粒,每日2次;同时口服龙血竭胶囊1.8 g,每日2次;B组:口服三苯氧胺片,每次10 mg,每日2次;C组:口服逍遥丸,每次8粒,每日2次;一个疗程为15 d,服用需要3个疗程,开始于月经来潮后第5天,结束于下次月经来潮。结果:治疗有效率比较,A组有效率为86%(77/90),B组有效率为92%(83/90),C组有效率42%(38/90),A组、B组明显高于C组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);而A组与B组相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应结果显示A组占3%(5例),B组占38%(35例),C组占2%(2例),A与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清性激素结果显示,各组均可降低E2及PRL的水平,同时升高P、T的含量,A组和B组作用与C组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥丸加龙血竭胶囊治疗乳腺增生症较单独使用逍遥丸方法有效,与三苯氧胺相比,具有副作用小的优势,因此值得基层医院推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of dragon＇s blood capsule and the ease pill against mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods： 270 female patients with mammary gland hyperplasia proved by clinic were randomly divided into 3 groups： group A,B and group C,90 cases in each. Group A： taking the ease pill 2 times each day,8 pills each time; taking dragon＇s blood capsule 2times each day,1. 8 g each time. Group B： taking tamoxifen pills,2 times each day,10 mg each time. Group C： taking the ease pill2 times each day,8 pills each time. All drugs were taken from the 5th day of the menstruation period,till the next menstruation period began as one treatment cycle,3 treatment cycles were continuously demanded. Results： The effective rate was 86%（ 77 /90） in group A,92%（ 46 /50） in group B and 42%（ 38 /90） in group C. The difference of effective rate was examined by Chi-square test. Significant difference between group A and C,group B and C was identified（ P〈0. 01）. No significant difference was identified between group A and B. Adverse reactions were observed in each group： 3 cases（ 3%） in group A,35 cases（ 38%） in group B and 2 cases（ 2%） in group C. Compared with group A,cases of adverse reactions were significantly more in group B（ P〈0. 01）,no difference was detected between group A and C（ P〉0. 05）. All three group can reduce the blood serum level of E2 and PRL,and raise the P,T level,but more significant in group A and B（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The treatment of the ease pill combined with dragon＇s blood capsule against mammary gland hyperplasia is more effective and has less side effects,being worth to popularize in basic-level hospitals.
