摘要
目的:探讨骨瓜提取物联合电磁场对骨折愈合的临床效果。方法:选取2014年3月至2015年4月在我院就诊的骨折患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组患者手术复位后在常规的消肿、抗感染治疗基础上加用LGT-2000电脑骨伤治疗仪,观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加使用骨瓜提取物联合地磁场,比较两组患者治疗前后肿胀程度、VAS评分以及肱骨、尺桡骨、掌骨、股骨、胫腓骨骨折愈合时间。结果:观察组和对照组治疗后1周肿胀程度和VAS评分都有不同程度的降低,观察组降低的幅度大于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者肱骨、尺桡骨、掌骨、股骨、胫腓骨骨折愈合时间短于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:骨瓜提取物联合电磁场可有效缩短肱骨、尺桡骨、掌骨、股骨、胫腓骨骨折愈合时间,能迅速消除肿胀,缓解患者的痛苦,值得临床合理选用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the electromagnetic field combined with bone and melon extract on fracture healing. Methods: 86 patients with fracture in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group. Control group patients with operative reduction with routine detumescence,anti-infection treatment and LGT-2000 computer orthopedic treatment instrument,bone melon extract and electromagnetic field increased based on the control group in the observation group,the degree of swelling,vas score and fracture healing time of humerus,radius and ulna,metacarpal,femur,tibia and fibulawere compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: VAS score and the degree of swelling of after 1 week treatment between observation group and control group had different degrees of decrease( P〈0. 05),humerus,ulna and radius,metacarpal bone,femur,and tibia and fibula fracture healing time in observation group short than those of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Bone melon extract combined with electromagnetic field can effectively shorten the humerus,ulna and radius,metacarpal bone,femur,and tibia andfibula fracture healing time,can quickly relieve pain. It is worth clinical rational use.
