摘要
研究了含Al_2Y化合物中间合金对AZ31镁合金铸态组织及晶粒细化行为的影响,探讨了Al_2Y对镁合金组织细化的机理。结果表明:挤压态中间合金晶粒较细小,第二相Al_2Y分布也较均匀;Al_2Y化合物对AZ31细化作用较明显,当其含量为1.5%时细化效果最好。
The effects of Al2Y intermetallic compound on the microstructure and grain refinement behavior of AZ31 Mg alloy were studied. The refinement mechanism of Al2Y on Mg alloys was discussed. The results show that the grain size of extruded master alloy is smaller and second phases Al2Y are uniform distribution. The refinement of Al2Y compound on AZ31 alloy is fairly pronounced, and Al2Y master alloy with the content of 1.5wt% presents the best refining effect.
