45钢表面激光熔覆Ni35粉末的耐磨耐腐蚀性研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用同步送粉法,在45钢表面采用YLS-4000型光纤激光器熔覆一层Ni35合金粉末。对试样的金相显微组织进行了分析,对硬度进行了测试。采用电化学工作站和摩擦磨损试验机测定了熔覆层的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性。结果表明,熔覆层与基体层之间形成良好的冶金结合,熔覆层表面硬度约在450 HV0.2。激光熔覆层的自腐蚀电位正向移动明显,熔覆层的磨痕宽度明显小于基体的磨痕宽度,说明熔覆层的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性与基体相比较有了很大提高。 Based on synchrotron powder feeding method, Ni35 cladding layers were made on the surface of 45 steel by YLS-4000 laser device. The metallurgical microstructure of the sample was observed. The hardness of the samples was tested. The corrosion and wear resistance of the cladding layer was measured by using electrochemical workstation and friction and wear tester. The results show that a good metallurgical bonding forms between cladding layer and substrate layer. The surface hardness of the cladding layer is 450 HV0.2. The corrosion potential of the laser cladding layer moves forward significantly, and the wear scar width on the cladding layer is smaller than the width on matrix, then, the corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of the cladding layer greatly improve compared with matrix.
