摘要
通过金相观察、拉伸试验等方法研究了退火温度对Fe-18Mn-3Si-3AlTWIP钢微观组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明,退火时间相同时,退火温度决定了退火晶粒的尺寸。退火晶粒的尺寸及其均匀性对TWIP钢的力学性能有明显影响。在再结晶温度以上一定范围内退火时,随退火温度的升高,试样钢晶粒尺寸均匀增加,抗拉强度减小,伸长率增加。继续升高温度,晶粒尺寸出现显著差异,抗拉强度和伸长率均降低。
Effects of annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe-18Mn-3Si-3Al TWIP steel were investigated by metallographic observation and tensile test. The results show that when the annealing time is constant, the annealing temperature determines the annealing grain size. Annealing grain size and its uniformity have significant effects on the mechanical properties of TWIP steel. Annealing above the recrystallization temperature within a certain range, the grain size increases uniformly with the increase of annealing temperature, the tensile strength decreases, and the elongation increases. When the temperature continues to increase, the grain size appears significant difference, which leads to the decrease of the tensile strength and elongation.
