采用真空渗铬和中淬中回工艺,可以很好的提高塑料模具的耐磨性、耐蚀性、硬度、强度和韧性,从而大大延长了塑料模具的使用寿命,模具使用寿命是常规热处理工艺塑料模具的8~10倍。

Wear resistance, corrosion resistance, hardness, strength and toughness of plastic mold can be improved by vacuum infiltration of chromium and medium temperature quenching and medium temperature tempering, which greatly extends the service life of the plastic mould. Mould service life is the conventional heat treatment process of plastic mold of 8- 10 times.
