飞机机翼角盒裂纹失效分析

摘要 针对飞机机翼角盒裂纹问题,利用有限元分析方式对其受载进行强度校核,并通过成分分析、硬度检测、宏观分析和显微分析等手段对其裂纹产生的原因进行深入分析。结果表明,在调质过程中由于热处理方式不正确,造成钢构件表面组织氧化脱碳,使组织硬度下降,在长期的交变应力影响下出现了磨损等现象,成为了裂纹诱发源,最终在残留腐蚀液的作用下出现了裂纹失效。 In the view of the crack in the airfoil comer box, strength load of airfoil comer box was checked using the finite element method, and the reasons for crack causing were explored through composition analysis, hardness testing, macroscopic observation and microscopic observation. The final results show that the incorrect quenching process results in the surface tissue oxidation and decarbonization of steel components, the tissue stiffness is decreasing. Under long-term alternating stresss the comer box appears wear phenomenon and becomes crack-induced resource, finally, under the effect of the residual etching solutions, the comer box induces crack failure.
