摘要
针对新型纺织结构针肋散热器提出一种测试方法。在其他参数保持一致的情况下,就3种不同针肋高度的纺织结构针肋散热器在自然对流和强制通风条件下的散热性能进行测试。结果表明:所设计的测试方法能够有效地检测纺织结构针肋散热器的散热性能;环境风速对纺织结构针肋散热器散热性能的影响大于针肋高度。
A new test method for textile structure pin-fin heat sink was presented,which was keeping other parameters invariant,the cooling performance of three different pin-fin height of textile structure pin-fin heat sinks was tested in natural ventilation and forced ventilation. The results showed that,the test method could effectively detect the cooling performance of the textile structure pin-fin heat sink,and the influence of wind speed for textile structure pin-fin heat sink's cooling performance was greater than that of pin-fin height.
