摘要 静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)在电压无功控制中应用效果的发挥有赖于它与传统电压无功控制手段的协调。文中指出阻抗模裕度指标是系统电压稳定性最直观的衡量指标,并利用其变化情况来反映系统所处运行状态。从充分发挥STATCOM暂态特性的角度出发,提出了基于系统不同运行状态的变电站内STATCOM与传统无功电压控制装置协调控制策略,给出了系统运行于稳态和暂态时STATCOM与有载调压变压器、电容器组不同的协调原则。算例表明该策略是可行的和有效的。 The application effects of static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)in reactive voltage control depends on its coordination with traditional voltage reactive control means. This paper shows that the impedance modulus margin index is the most intuitive index measure of system voltage stability and uses its change to reflect the system running state. From the point of giving full play to the transient characteristic of STATCOM,a coordinated control strategy of STATCOM and traditional voltage reactive control means is proposed based on the different running condition of the system. And the different coordination principle of STATCOM with on-load voltage regulating transformer and capacitor banks is given,when the system is running in steady state or transient. The examples show that this method is feasible and effective.
