摘要
采用文献资料法、数理统计法等,以第六次全国体育场地普查数据为依据,对泉州市规模体育场馆的运营模式、从业人员、收入支出等进行横纵比较,从而提出泉州市体育场馆运营方略,为泉州市体育场馆运营及体育产业发展提供参考依据。研究表明:泉州市规模场馆运营模式单一,自主运营占绝对主导地位;泉州市单个体育场地平均从业人员略高于福建总体平均水平;单个体育场地平均收入支出上的额度均小于福建及福州、厦门两个城市平均水平,但运营效益略优于福州市和厦门市。开展政府"购买公共体育场馆服务"试点工作,采取特许经营、委托经营等方式,扶持和培育一批体育场馆专业运营管理实体等是提升泉州体育场馆运营效能重要途径。
Based on the data of sixth General Survey of School Sports Fields in China, the thesis vertically and horizontally unifies the comparison with methods of documentary and statistics about operating model of the gymnasiums in Quanzhou city and government departments, employee, and income and expenditure, In order to put forward the operation strategy of Quanzhou stadium, it provides reference for the operation and development of sports industry in Quanzhou.. The result indicates that, firstly, t Quanzhou City, the scale of the venue operation mode, the inde- pendent operation of the absolute dominant position. Secondly, compare with Fujian province, Fuzhou city and Xiamen city, the average employee number of single gymnasium is slightly above the overall level of Fujian province. Thirdly, the limit of income and expenditure of single gymnasium is less than the overall level of Fujian province, Fuzhou city and Xiamen city while better in operation strategy. As a consequence, the important channels are carrying out the government pilot work of purchasing the public gymnasium service, supporting and cultivating a batch of professional operations management entity of gymnasium with franchise and entrusted operation.
