摘要
采用文献资料法、教学实验法和问卷调查等研究方法,将契约学习法渗透与大学体育教学中,说明契约学习法在大学体育教学中具有良好的教学效果。结果显示:契约学习法对于提高学生的体质健康与对照班学生没有显著差异,仅50米成绩测试差异显著;在技能教学方面,契约学习法的应用效果明显优于对照班的学习法;在增强学生自我效能感方面,契约学习法更能够增强学生的自信心,提高学生的体育学习兴趣和参与体育锻炼的积极性。此外,契约学习法促进了师生间的交流互动,营造了一种师生间相互协商、合作,相互尊重的良好体育学习氛围。
this paper USES the method of documentary, teaching experiment and survey research methods, such as learning method penetration will contract with the university sports teaching, the learning method that contract in sports teaching in university has a good teaching effect. The result shows: the contract learning method to improve the students" physical health, there were no significant differences with that in comparative classes students only 50 meters achievement test significant difference; In the teaching and learning of skills contract learning method of the application effect is better than that in comparative classes of learning method; Contracts in terms of enhancing students'self-efficacy, learning more can enhance students'self-confidence, improve the students'physical education learning interest and enthusiasm of taking part in physical exercise. In addition, contract learning method to promote the interaction between teachers and students, and created a mutual consultation, cooperation between teachers and students, good sports study atmosphere of mutual respect.
