摘要
回转窑在长期重载、高温的工作条件下工作,筒体容易变形从而引起"红窑"事故。采用摄像头检测各档位截面回转中心,从而获得回转轴线。改进模糊综合评价主要通过相对隶属度函数构造模糊判断矩阵,利用层次分析法确定指标权重,模糊结合算子计算综合评价向量。运用于实际检测中的评价,通过标准化直线度、温度、支承力,实现了回转窑各档位运行状态的等级划分。经过实验测试,实现了回转窑在线检测,得到回转窑运行状态等级指标。
The rotary kiln works on a heavy load and high temperature with a long time. Hence,its body may deform and result in the production accidents. This paper introduced the principle of detecting rotary kiln performance parameters and used camera for data acquisition,and designed detection system. An improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to evaluate mechanical running condition of rotary kiln,and the estimation provided a basis for further evaluation. The camera was used to detect the center of rotation of the gear section,so as to obtain the axis of rotation. Improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy judgment matrix was constructed by the relative membership function to determine the index weight. Combining the fuzzy vector operator, AHP was applied to carry out comprehensive evaluation. In the actual detection,through the standardization of linearity,temperature,supporting force,the classification of each stall rotary kiln operating status was achieved. Experimental test results showed the online detection system of rotary kiln could get running condition grading index of rotary kiln.
