三色LED灯恒流驱动电路设计

摘要 设计和制作了一套三色LED灯的恒流驱动电路。采用恒流源驱动方式,LED上流过的电流将不受电压和环境温度变化,以及LED参数离散性的影响,从而能充分发挥LED的各种优良特性。主要通过数控直流恒流源实现对4只三色LED灯的控制,每只LED灯的单色流经额定电流为100 m A,并具有调色温和过流保护功能。还采用AT89S52单片机、AD、DA模块实现电压采样,1602液晶可显示LED中某单色支路的当前电流值,并加入声控模块来实现LED变色效果。 This paper presents a kind of LED driving circuit which outputs the constant current source to supply power for three-color LED lights. Driven by constant current source,the current on the LED will not be affected by changes of voltage and ambient temperature,and the discreteness of LED parameters. The design can make full use of all kinds of the good qualities of the LED. The current of each monochrome LED is 100 m A. The driving circuit also has functions of color adjustment and over current protection. This design adopts MCU,AD and DA modules to achieve voltage sampling,adopts 1602 liquid crystal to display the current of LED one branch,and uses sound control module to control the LED color. The experiment proves this method can basically complete the design intention,and provides valuable experience for the development of new LED lamps.
