商务英语本科专业复合应用型创新人才的培养

Exploration of the Cultivation of Creative Four-year Program Students with Inter-disciplinary and Applying Abilities in Business English

为了了解涉外企业对高校人才培养的要求,我们对186家涉外企业进行了问卷调查。这项调查告诉我们,商务英语专业培养的人才应具备以下能力:1具有国际化的眼光,能适应国际化商务环境;2既有专业特长又有实践能力;3具有创新意识和创新能力。为了满足涉外企业事业单位对商务英语专业人才的需求,我们采取了一系列措施来培养复合应用型商务英语专业的创新人才。通过国际化课程建设、核心课程制度的实施、实践教学体系的深层次创新以及课堂教学改革等有效措施,创新了商务英语专业的人才培养模式。实践表明,学生的综合素质、国际视野、创新能力等相关竞争力得到了明显提高。

About 190 foreign-involved organizations have been investigated by questionnaires in order to know what kind of university graduates they need. The investigation shows that graduates of business English must meet the requirements of （1） having internationalized vision and having the ability to adapt to internationalized business environment; （2） having both expertise knowledge of business and practical business abilities; and （3） having creative awareness and creative abilities. In order to meet the needs of foreign-involved organizations for such kind of graduates, some effective measures have been taken to cultivate creative students with inter-disciplinary and applying abilities in the field of business English. Such teaching measures as the construction of internationalized courses, the enforcement of core course system, the in-depth innovation of practical teaching system and the reform of classroom activities have been taken to create a new mode of cultivation of business English students. As a result, the comprehensive qualities, international vision and creative abilities of the students have been obviously improved.
