Intercultural Business Communication: Theory,Method and Application

本文通过对跨文化商务交际理论进行梳理,指出国际商务人士需具备跨文化交际能力、商务知识与技能、交际知识与技能、综合思辨能力等跨文化商务交际能力。文章阐述了跨文化商务交际研究的学术重点、应用领域、以及研究方法,在对研究现状进行评述后,总结其对商务英语人才培养的启示。

Through analyzing intercultural business communication theories,this paper indicates that international business persons need to have intercultural communicative competence,business knowledge and skills,communicative knowledge and skills as well as integrative critical thinking skills. This paper then introduces the academic foci,application and research method of the domain. After discussing its current status,the study draws a conclusion by generalizing its implications for Business English education.
