热镀锌薄板带的生产工艺及实践分析

摘要 简要介绍了国内外热镀锌生产的发展历程,并详细介绍了薄板带生产线的工艺流程及设备组成。结合生产对设计参数和实时数据进行比较分析,得出"按照工艺布置生产0.2 mm以下镀锌板是可行的"的结论,并总结出完善的生产工艺。 This text has introduced the development course of the production of hot-dip galvanizing process at home and abroad. The technical flow and equipment composition of galvanized sheet are detailedly introduced. The designing parameter and the real-time data are compared and analyzes combining with production. The result shows that the thickness of galvanized sheet under 0.2 mm is feasible. Then the perfect technology of the production is summarized.
