摘要
采用GLEEBLE3800型试验机进行焊接热模拟实验,研究了焊接热输入对SAF2507超级双相不锈钢热影响区(HAZ)组织演变的影响规律。结果表明:随着焊接热输入的增加,焊接HAZ组织中铁素体向奥氏体转变更加充分,奥氏体含量不断增加且变得粗大。热模拟实验可以为制定和调整焊接工艺提供理论参考依据,推荐在实际焊接生产中采用热输入为1~1.5 k J/mm的焊接工艺。
The welding thermal simulation experiment is conducted by GLEEBLE3800 testing machine. The law of evolution of the impact of the welding heat input on SAF2507 super duplex stainless steel heat affected zone(HAZ)structural transformation are studied. The results show that with the increase of welding heat input welding HAZ organization ferrite transforms to austenite more fully, and austenite content increases and becomes rough. Thermal simulation experiment can provide theoretical reference basis for formulating and adjusting the welding process. Thermal1~1.5 k J/mm input in welding process is recommended in the actual welding production.
