摘要
在普碳钢Q235中加入少量Nb元素,以控制轧制方式生产不同厚度的热轧钢板。对其力学性能、金相组织和精细结构进行测试和观察,结果显示:Nb元素通过细化组织和析出强化机制可大大提高钢的强度;尤其是对厚度较大的钢板,这种作用显得非常重要。
The effects of Nb addition are investigated on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Q235 plates with different thicknesses produced by controlling rolling. The results of mechanical properties, optical and TEM microstructures show that both of the yield strength and tensile strength are obviously improved by alloying with Nb addition, by grain refining and precipitation strengthening. Furthermore, the strengthening effect is especially important for the thicker Q235 plates.
