不同等级马拉松运动员有氧代谢能力比较分析

摘要 目的:分析最大摄氧量(VO_2max)及乳酸阈(LT)两项指标在不同等级的马拉松运动员之间的差异,即分析有氧代谢能力与比赛成绩的相关性。方法:通过Bruce方案,使36名一、二级马拉松运动员分别在递增负荷内做力竭性运动,测得VO_2max,同时通过血乳酸分析仪测得受试者测试前安静及各级负荷末的血乳酸浓度。结果:男子一级运动员的LT强度高于男子二级运动员,实验结果具有高度显著性差异(P<0.01);女子一级运动员的LT强度高于女子二级运动员,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);男子一级运动员的VO_2max相对值显著高于男子二级运动员(P<0.05);女子一、二级运动员间VO_2max相对值没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:一级运动员的有氧代谢能力高于二级运动员,其中LT的差异较为明显;VO2max与LT两项指标均可用来衡量运动成绩,但是LT与运动成绩的相关性更大。 Objective:The main objective of writing the thesis is to analyze the difference of maximum oxygen uptake(VO_2max)and lactate threshold(LT)between marathoners in different levels,that is to say, to analyze the correlation between aerobic metabolism capacity and sportsman's performance in the match. Research method:According to the Bruce protocol,we may ask 36 marathoners from level one and two to do exhaustive exercise respectively under progressive increase in load and then get the VO_2max, at the same time,under the help of blood lactic acid concentration before and after each end of the exhaustive exercise under under the progressive increase in load.Finally,we can bring the data we got together for analysis and then get the conclusion in load. Result:First grade sportsman's LT intensity is higher than second grader's.The result of the experiment shows significant difference(p〈0.05).First grade sportsman's VO_2max is obviously higher than second grader's(p〈0.05).There is no sportswomen and second grader's(p〉0.05).Conclusion:Aerobic metabolism capacity of first grade marathoners is higher than second grader's among them the difference of LT is very obvious.Both VO_2max and LT can be used to measure sportsman's performances in match,but LT has closer correlation with sportsman's performances.
