运动与心脏自主神经适应性研究进展

The research progress in adaptability of exercise and cardiac autonomic nervous system

摘要 采用文献资料法,对心脏自主神经系统对运动适应性进行综述,结果显示:急性运动后增加心血管事件风险,迷走神经重激活与恢复有关;长时间运动干预和运动训练引起自主神经系统积极或消极适应。 By using method of documents,this paper summarize the foreign research on the adaptability of exercises and cardiac autonomic nervous system,in order to provide the theoretical reference for the later study.The result shows that acute exercise may increase the risk of cardiovascular events,the vagus nerve reactivation associated with recovery,exercise intervention and training for a long time case a positive or negative adapt to the autonomic nervous system.
