摘要
对大同大学在校女生的体育锻炼和主观幸福感指数进行调查,分析体育锻炼与女大学生主观幸福感之间的关系,讨论每次进行体育锻炼的持续时间,每月进行体育锻炼的频率、强度及参与体育锻炼不同的形式等因素对女大学生主观幸福感产生的影响,以全面、科学的健康理念指导她们进行合理的体育锻炼,为增进其心理健康提供参考。
This paper investigate the index of exercise and subjective well- being,analyzes the relationship between exercise and subjective well-being of female college students. As well as it discusses the factors which effect on the subjective well- being,like Each length of exercise,the frequency and the strength of physicaltraining exercise per month,and the different forms of exercise.This article guides the students reasonable physical exercise with a comprehensive,scientific concept of health,provides reference to improve the female college students' mental health.
